The Goobiez Sim is currently set up for ANYWHERE teleporting. We do not use a Landing Point because we have Goobiez & Friend's Market, & Goobiez Hut Market areas which requires our tenants to be able to post their links and Landmarks so that others can visit their personal sales areas directly, we chose not to divide the land, so in this situation this may cause some issues for users because new people visiting Goobiez for the first time who come there from the WORLD MAP might land in the center of the sim and our center is under water. I will place a TP directory sign at the center (under water) with a TP directly to the different attractions on Goobiez. 

It is especially important in SL to include SURL's or Landmarks in your ads, so that others can TP directly and not have to search the sim for where things are after using WORLD MAP as their Goobiez TP here, so be sure to include the area you want them to land when posting notices. Many unfortunately will still use the WORLD MAP and just type Goobiez, nothing we can do about that, however now there is a TP board under the water.

It's also a good idea to double check your SURL's and Landmarks occasionally for any changes sim owners might make.
